By accessing Field Mox or using its services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using Field Mox
You may use Field Mox only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the information and files you submit to Field Mox. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to process that content and for checking that your workflows, records, and documents are appropriate for your business.

Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout. Taxes may apply. Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Availability and changes
Field Mox is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features, and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, or a breach of these terms.

Intellectual property
Field Mox, its software, branding, and original content are owned by Field Mox or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of those materials; they grant only the permission needed to use the service.

Liability and contact
