We move it in

Clients, sites, products, contracts and open jobs mapped into Fieldmox, your documents on your letterhead. You check it, we fix anything that's off.

Team training

A short call for your office and techs. The app is on their phones the same day.

Jobs run in Fieldmox. Keep the old system open until you trust it, then switch it off.

How long does switching take?

Most teams are running jobs in Fieldmox within their first week. Bigger moves with years of history or many sites can take a little longer, and we'll give you a date on the first call.

What does the switch cost?

Nothing. The import and setup are part of every plan. There's no setup fee and no contract.

My old software doesn't export much. Can you still move us?

Usually, yes. We work from whatever we can get: CSV exports, reports, spreadsheets, even printouts. If something can't come across cleanly, we'll tell you before you switch, not after.

Fieldmox is missing a feature we use. What happens?

Tell us on the call. If your business depends on it, we'll build it into Fieldmox, with no custom development bill. We'll tell you up front what we'll build and when, so you can plan your switch around it.

We're still under contract with our current provider.

That's fine. We can move your data and get your team trained now, and you switch over when your contract ends. Month-to-month on our side means there's no penalty for starting early.

Will we lose our job and invoice history?

No. We bring your history across so your techs and office can still see what was done at each site. Past invoices stay where they're recorded, in your accounting system.
