Purpose and scope
This Data Processing Agreement describes how Heffl Ventures - LLC processes personal data on behalf of Field Mox customers when providing the service. It supplements the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Roles and instructions
For customer content, the customer generally acts as controller and Field Mox acts as processor. Field Mox processes that content only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service in accordance with documented customer instructions and applicable law.

Security and confidentiality
People authorized to process customer content are subject to confidentiality obligations. Field Mox maintains reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

Subprocessors and transfers
Field Mox may use approved subprocessors to provide infrastructure and supporting services. The current list is available on the Subprocessors page. International transfers are handled using a lawful transfer mechanism where required.

Requests, incidents, and deletion
Field Mox will provide reasonable assistance with data-subject requests and security incidents relating to customer content. At the end of the service, customer content is deleted or returned according to the applicable service terms, subject to legal retention requirements.
