What we bring across

## Everything you'd hate to retype.

- Clients, contacts and billing details
- Sites and service addresses
- Products, services and price lists
- Recurring contracts and their schedules
- Open quotes and upcoming jobs
- Your team, roles and permissions
- Quote, report and invoice templates
- Job history and notes

How it works

## Three steps. Two are ours.

1. 1

    ### Export what FieldRoutes gives you

Client lists, job and invoice reports, price lists. Download them as they come and don't clean anything up first.

2. 2

    ### Send it to us

Email the files or share a folder. Add a few of your quotes and invoices as PDFs so we can match your templates.

3. 3

    ### Check it in Fieldmox

We map everything in and you look it over. Anything that's off, we fix before you go live.

Most teams are live within a week. Not sure what to export? We'll go through it together on the first call.

## Switching is on us.

### Done for you

Our team does the import. You don't map columns or fix spreadsheets.

### No downtime

Run both side by side until you trust it. No cutover weekend.

### No switching fee

No setup fee, no contract. Month to month from day one.

### A real person

The same person who moves your data answers your questions after you go live.
