## Works with the tools you already use

Invoices sync to QuickBooks, payments land in Stripe, and jobs show up on your calendar.

On Jobber, Housecall Pro or a spreadsheet? [We'll move your data for you](https://www.fieldmox.com/switch)

Tell me if this sounds about right.

Getting a job onto a calendar got easy. Every app does it now. But the quote you sent Monday still hasn’t been followed up. Last week’s jobs still aren’t invoiced. And next week’s schedule is waiting for you after dinner.

Your best office person already runs the week in their head. They know which tech the Hendersons ask for, who’s quickest on a termite job, which customer always pays late, and what to move when someone calls in sick at 6:40am. But all of that lives in one head, and it only stretches to today and maybe tomorrow. The rest of the week gets patched together as it comes.

More software doesn’t fix that. More screens just mean more boxes to fill in. And the best part of the job can’t be automated: the trust your techs build at the front door, the call to a customer whose job ran late, knowing when to bend the rules for a good client.

But that’s not where your best people spend their day. They spend it on admin: rebuilding a schedule that looks like last week’s, retyping the same quote, turning job notes into reports, chasing the same unpaid invoices. It’s work that needs no judgment, done by the people who have the most of it.

So we built Fieldmox differently. First we set it up with how your company actually runs: your prices, your service agreements, your techs and what each of them is good at. Then Fieldmox takes the repeat work off their plate. **Before anyone asks, tomorrow’s schedule is drafted, recurring visits are booked, quotes are started, reports are written from the job, invoices are ready, and reminders are lined up for anyone who hasn’t paid.**

Your team stops doing the admin and starts checking it. They open what Fieldmox prepared, confirm what’s right, change what isn’t, and send it. If a tech calls in sick, they move two jobs instead of rebuilding the whole day. Every decision is still theirs. They just don’t start from scratch.

Every job gets followed through. Nobody has to stay late to make it happen.

If that sounds like your week, [book a short call with us](https://www.fieldmox.com/book). We’ll show you Fieldmox on your kind of work, and if it feels right, we’ll help you get set up.

Auto-scheduled

AI-first

## Every app has AI now. Ours works alongside your team.

Fieldmox's copilot knows your real jobs, clients, prices and team, so its first drafts are actually useful. Here's where it gives your office a head start:

![Mox driving a service van between customer sites](https://www.fieldmox.com/mascot/route.webp)

### Drafts the schedule.

It suggests next week across your team by route, skills and who's off. Your dispatcher adjusts it and hits approve, in minutes instead of an evening.

### Starts the quote.

A first draft from the request, the site and your price list. You check it, tweak it, send it.

### Fills in the report.

From what the tech captured on site: work done, products used, photos, signature. They glance over it and it's done.

### Preps the invoices.

Every finished job lands ready to bill, per job, monthly or per contract. Your office reviews the batch and sends.

### Flags who to chase.

It spots unpaid invoices and quiet quotes and drafts a polite follow-up in your voice. You decide what goes out.

### Answers your questions.

"Which jobs ran over this month?" "Who's free Thursday?" Ask it like you'd ask your office manager.

**Your team stays in the driver's seat.** The copilot suggests and drafts; people review and decide. Everything it touches is logged, so you always know what changed and why.

Your options, honestly

## Three ways field service businesses run today.

Each one is right for someone. Here's where each one breaks.

### Simple job apps

Jobber, Housecall Pro, Workiz

Good at

Getting a small crew off paper. Quick quotes, easy invoices.

Where it breaks

The AI writes a text message or answers the phone. The schedule, the reports and the billing are still on you.

### Enterprise suites

ServiceTitan, PestPac, FieldRoutes

Good at

Everything a 200-truck operation needs, with a module for every edge case.

Where it breaks

Quote-only pricing, long contracts, setup fees, and months of onboarding before your techs log a single job.

### Spreadsheets and group chats

Excel, group texts, the whiteboard

Good at

Free, flexible, and everybody already knows how it works.

Where it breaks

It runs on one person's memory. When they're out sick, so is your business.

Fieldmox is the fourth way: one AI-first platform with a copilot for your whole team, set up in days, month to month.

Pricing

## One monthly price. AI included.

You pay for the people who sign in, office and field. No per-AI-action fees, no contract.

Before you book

## A few things you're probably wondering.

![Mox at a desk buried under paperwork, the week before Fieldmox](https://www.fieldmox.com/mascot/buried.webp)

What does "AI-first" actually mean?

Most field service apps added an AI button to software built ten years ago. Fieldmox was built with a copilot inside it from day one. It sees your real jobs, clients and prices, so it can give your team a useful first draft of the schedule, the quote, the report and the invoice, instead of a chat window off to the side.

Does the AI replace my office staff?

No. It's a copilot. It drafts and suggests; your people review, adjust and decide. A schedule, a quote or a reminder goes out only when someone on your team sends it, and everything the copilot touches is logged. Your office just gets through the week a lot faster.

Can you move us off Jobber, Housecall Pro or spreadsheets?

Yes. Send us your exports (clients, sites, products, open jobs) and we'll set them up for you. Most teams are running jobs in Fieldmox within their first week. [How switching works](https://www.fieldmox.com/switch).

Will my techs actually use it?

The app does one thing well: today's jobs. Open the job, work the checklist, take the photos, get the signature. It runs on iPhone and Android. If your techs can use a group text, they can use this.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, and no setup fee. If it's not right for you, cancel and take your data with you.

What kinds of businesses use Fieldmox?

Service companies with a team in the field and an office keeping up with them: pest control, cleaning, HVAC, maintenance and more. It handles one-off jobs, recurring contracts and clients with many sites.

How do I get started?

Book a short video call with a founder. We'll look at how you run today, show you Fieldmox on your kind of work, and if it's a fit, set it up with you.
